Jagdeep Sidhu’s ‘Sufna’ to re-release in Canada very soon

Jagdeep Sidhu’s Punjabi movie “Sufna” was released worldwide on Valentine’s day 2020. Due to the lockdown imposed by Coronavirus pandemic, the theaters had to be forced shut since March. But with unlockdowns happening across, there is good news for Ammy Virk and Tania fans.

“Sufna” is going for re-release in Canada on August 2nd, 2020. White Hill Music put up a poster of the film along with the date, in their story.

“Sufna” is one of those Punjabi movies which touches upon all the human emotions in its two hours of the run. It is a bundled package of laugh, cry, and fall in love.

Sufna has scored high on IMDb at 8.6 and was critically acclaimed. It is directed by Jagdeep Sidhu who is also the writer of the movie. It is produced by Navneet Virk. It marks the Pollywood debut movie of Tania. The supporting cast includes Jasmin Bajwa, Jagjeet Sandhu, Seema Kaushal, Kaka Kautiki, Mohini, and others.

The movie Sufna was released on Amazon Prime Video in April after it secured the deal for digital rights.

In the first installment of its release, “Sufna” had earned 1.94 crores in Canada only. With the re-release in Canada, the producer will be aiming to reach their targets.
